Delivery Service UK Orders: All delivery charges for all orders are none refundable and will be paid by the purchasers both directions in event of refund, exchange, and cancellation.
Delivery Times
UK Mainland orders will be sent on an overnight tracked service, usually via DPD Local, once despatched.
Other listed European zones will usually be 3 to 5 days from the date of despatch.
In Stock Items will usually be despatched the next working day following the date of order.


Returns
Please inform us via email of any intended returns. 
We will then provide you with a Returns Authorisation form and you will be responsible for timely and safe return of the goods without damage to any of the original packaging. We recommend using a 'signed for' delivery service.

Faulty or Mis-Sold Goods
If a fault is found within the warranty period, you will be refunded the cost of the return and we will provide a repair or replacement. If no fault is found you will be responsible for all delivery and investigation charges, where applicable.

Cancellation of unwanted orders
You have the right to cancel orders of stock items that are unfitted, unused, in pristine original packaging and in a fully re-saleable condition, provided that you notify us via email within 14 days of receiving the goods. Excluded items are special orders, clearance items, light bulbs and anything with a shelf life. The customer will be responsible for all delivery costs.

Any refunds due will be applied within 30 days of receipt of the returned goods.
